I am in no way associated with Primary Arms, but wanted to share my recent experience. So I'm still waiting for my 10 day waiting perioud to pick up my 15-22. Of course I have nothing to do but shop for tacticool stuff while I wait. So I ordered the following from Primary Arms:

I spoke to the post office and found out that packages sent via Parcel Post take from between 5-7 days to get to their destination. Priority takes from 2-3 days. You chose PArcel Post so that is what the holdup is. The Post Office does not provide tracking info for Parcel Post. I know that your package definitely was taken to the Post Office last Friday. That would put it at your door either today, tomorrow or Saturday. If not, they will then trace the package. Sorry for the delay. Please let me know when you receive it.

I have placed two orders with Primary Arms and been impressed with their service. Everything I have read about their service has been positive. The operator of Primary Arms, Marshall, spends a considerable amount of time on line with his customers on product reviews, suggestions for new products, and answering customer questions. First class operation, IMO.
 
Just got another email from Scott at PA. He told me to email him before I place my next order so he can give me free shipping. :D

Tier 1 customer service !

Oh yeah and I went to the house during lunch....my order came in today :)

I think my PA order for a M3 and Magpul RVG took 2 days to get to Michigan. I emailed asking if the rubber strap for the sight adjustment caps was extra and they told me if one wasn't in the box they'd ship it immediately. Turns out I was blind and didn't see it the first time through, but they were eager to help make it right if the error was on their end.

That, and reading Marschal's correspondence in reviews [Edited- phil.] shows just how much of a class act that place is.

They're definitely getting my business next time I need some junk for my 15-22 or future rifles.

Except for the fact that my accessories are FDE, we bought the exact same things from PA. and their customer service is top notch.
 
Props to Scott. He is one of the good guys, which is rare today. I have purchased a few red dot/magnifier combos from PA. He called me when there was an issue with one of my previous orders. He offered a quick and excellent resolve.

I appreciate/value excellent customer service and am willing to pay a small premium for the said. Thus, I recently purchased an EOT XPS2-0 for some $31.00 more from PA. It's well worth the extra few dollars when I know that if any issues arise, they will be handled in a quick and courteous manner.

Oh, and PA's shipping time is liken to bat late for a Halloween party.
 
Same positive experience here. Bought two of the PA M3 Red Dot Scope and order arrived in 3 days to Seattle. The scopes were solid and I am a very happy customer. It's good to know that in this day and age, Primary Arms continue to be a top notch company with outstanding customer service and a great value in their products.

you do realize the 15-22 uses a mil spec stock not a commercial?
 
I am in the dozens of transactions with PA now. Thumbs up on gear and service.

yup, in my post showing my email converstaion it shows how I changed my order to Milspec ;)
 
I placed a order yesterday at about 4:00pm and received an email at 4:30pm saying the order shipped! Excellent so far and I have no doubt it will arrive tomorrow.

EDIT: As predicted my order showed up in only two days! A++
