Pro Series 3" .45 Officers 1911 -- are Sights same size as Govt & Commanders?

Hello all... I have the S&W Pro Series .45, it's a beautiful little gun, but it needs night sights.

I found some Trijicon sights that are made for a S&W 1911, but does that mean it will fit this Officers sized?

I think they fit but it needs a lower front sight than the full size , will shoot low if you do this , get the ones for 3 in .
