I've done a couple searches on this site and can't find what I need. Here is my question.

I am making a battle belt. The belt is a HSGI Sure-Grip with HSGI pouches/dump bag added.

I need to find a Kydex OWB LEFT-handed holster in tan to fit a M&P Pro Series 9mm with a 5" barrel.

I've contacted 6 different "local" companies to make me a holster and all of them have told me that they can't - because a Blue Gun does not exist for a 5" Pro Series.

I've reserched the Blue Gun and they are correct - only 4.5" are available. (Crazy huh?)

So - help. Obviously I can't be only guy who wants this gun on my belt. Willing to use a open bottom type so the barrel sticks through...but that was a last choice.

Any ideas? Thoughts? Websites? Thanks in advance y'all!!!

Blade Tech and Comp Tac

Sent notes to each of them for help. I am a Comp Tac guy for my paddle holsters.

Weapons Outfitters has a holster. It is in black though.

Praetor Defense Holster M&P Open End, Pro

I have one of the Praetor holsters for my shield and it is a very good holster.

Sent a note to them. The one you linked to only has belt loop option - I need something which mounts to a battle belt.

Check out Blackhawk Serpa holsters. I have used them for Practical and Combat Shooting competition with excellent results (Adjustment, longevity, function and speed, that is. Now... if they only made me shoot better).

Concealed Carry Holsters | SERPA Concealment Holsters - BLACKHAWK!

Sadly, for the M&Ps, they come in any color you want.... as long as it's black.

I don't care for any automated retention devices on my holsters. I have this holster - got it early on - and really didn't like training with it. Thanks anyway.

Found what I was looking for - I ordered and received my Arctic Concealment holster and mag carrier last week. Fits like a glove. I wore this set all day and most of the night - heck, forgot I had it on as I was laying on the couch! I've done almost 100 draws/holstering drills and worked magazine changes with the mag carrier...the heavier Kydex and smooth surfaces make the drills much easier to execute. Quality craftsmanship, excellent parts...and the there are NO sharp corners, nothing to catch on a garment. These guys really LOVE making holsters...it shows.

I'm wearing this to a couple outdoor tactics classes next month - will post up a better review then.

Here is my holster with my M&Pc 9mm - front and back.
