Congrats on the baby and the gun lol. Your gonna want a blackdog 50 rd drum. I ordered one after my first outing because those 25 rounders dont last long at all. And I cant say this enough. REMINGTON THUNDERBOLT ammo. 500 rounds for under $20 and they work waaay better than the CCI Mini Mags. 1 ftf with 4 drum dumps compared to 9 with CCI. They arent plated but hops #9 handles that with ease.

Oh btw my yellow spring kit didnt work. 5 shot bursts at most. If it gives you trouble the timney 3lb will make you drool.;)

Oh Ive seen it work for others just not when they load the gun down. Because of the short reset ect. I can run the gun heavy.

I use a heavy 1" arms riser with either my bushnell red dot or bushnell rimfire scope ect with no problems even with a front grip and shell catcher and 50 rounder attached. I havent wieghed it but it feels strikingly close to my 16" 5.56 gun.

However I didnt polish my contact points when I installed my 4.5lb springs. (felt closer to 6lbs)

If your wieght conscience it doesnt matter. I just want it to run with anything I put on it (within reason) lol.
