PROPER LETTER REQUEST

I have Joined SWHF and am in process of joining SWCollectors.
If you have multiple guns which you woul like to submit for a letter, can you request them all in same letter or do you need to submit a separate request for each.
Do you need to submit pictures with request?

Welcome, pictures are always a good idea along with any other info you can provide.If you go to the Downloads folder above there is a letter request form.You can request up to 3 letters at one time.Be advised each request is a separate fee.

Here is the form; three requests per week as noted at the top. Currently a 3-4 month wait by report.

JOINING HISTORICAL FOUNDATION

I sent check to join S&WHF 3 weeks ago and have not heard or received acceptance. Do they stay real backed up? Should I receive a letter in return?

You can post a question on the SWHF subforum, but as I recall there was no letter to acknowledge membership.

Once you are a member of SWCA and SWHF the cost per letter goes to $75. There is a space on the form to enter both your member #'s.

You should be getting a membership card with your membership number on it.

I have sent an email to our Secretary/Treasurer mentioning your membership check. You should receive a membership card with your number and possibly a S&WHF patch.

You can submit up to three requests per week to Dr. Jinks for letters of authenticity using the link in post #3. Photos are not needed unless there is some special feature on your firearm you need verified or commented on.

When you send in your letter request form, send me a separate note attached to the form that you've sent in for membership. I'll note on your form that your number is pending, allowing you to get the letter at $75.00.
