Our House Speaker Mike Chenault just introduced a bill making it a misdemeanor for any federal agent to try and enforce new gun laws. I know what you're thinking, federal law trumps state laws, but with how remote we are here in AK, we don't have many federal agents. There's far too few agents to try and enforce federal laws that conflict with state laws. One good thing about not being part of the lower 48. One of the very few.

Nice. I will add this to my Nullification thread. BTW, it is a myth that federal law trumps state law...If that was true, there would be no need for the 10th amendment.
