QD sling adapter help

I have a new M&P15T, I have not changed anything on it, just added optics. I would like to get MS3 QD MULTI MISSION SLING SYSTEM BLACK : AR-15/M16 MS3 MULTI-MISSION SLING | Brownells

My question is what QD sling adapter do I use? I have looked on line, and in store and there are a few to choose from and I am unsure which one is the right one for my AR. Thank you all for you help and advice, as always it is appreciated.

I bought a pair of UTG heavy duty QD sling mounts from Amazon for use on my Sport:

But I only have a plain two-point sling.

Sling adapters are like grips, vertical grips, etc. You will end up buying more of them than you want to, just to find the one that suits your needs. There are ones that bolt on to the receiver extension and others that replace OEM receiver extension end plate. Users here can make suggestions but no matter what it will boil down to you and what you will use your rifle for.
