Question regarding the rear grip?

I wasn't quite sure how to phrase the question so I may have not searched properly for a common question....but......

With their being a hollowed section in the rear grip of the 15-22, are there any companies who make anything to plug it up? Making it useful for storage.

Some companies have plugs for keeping things like batteries and the such. Hogue makes one and it adds about $10 to the price.

Have you thought about replacing the standard A2 grip? The MOE/MIAD and the TD Battlegrip have better designed storage compartments and are far more comfortable IMO.

I haven't thought about it,but I also just bought my rifle less than a week ago, so my head's been spinning with the basics.

Definitely going to check it out.

Get the MagPul MOE and it has two different kind of storage, one for two 123 battery the other for a spare bolt & firing pin. MagPul, to me, makes some of the best AR accessaries on the Market, field tested by shooters and L.E. as well as our military. You won't be upset.

i can't remember where i saw it but i saw a multi-tool for all your ar needs that fits in the magpul grips. i would go with magpul, they make quality parts that are easy on the wallet.

I looked at the bronze brush on the swiss-armyesque fold out, and thought wth? What the heck could that be for? The description says it's to scrub out the gas key, but still... made me laugh.
