Been looking to add a quick detach rail sling mount for my 15-22. Narrowed it down to a Magpul Mag 337 RSA QD rail sling attachment with quick detach or a Fortis RAP QD rail sling attachment point with qd swivel. Leaning more towards the Fortis as it comes with a swivel. Opinions on either of these 2.

my cheapy knocks offs from china that i got on ebay are holding up pretty darn good

Both of these are limited rotation and would work fine.
The Magpul socket hole is set at an angle which is an advantage over the straight Forbis permitting a better fit.
Even though the Forbis comes with a swivel I would choose the Magpul.
For the swivel check out the one made by ALG. Alumimum, 850lb breaking strength and lifetime warranty.
