Went to the range this morning with a buddy and had a ball. I discovered my IWB Minotaur MTAC Holster designed for my Sig P239 40cal is also a perfect fit for my S&W 3913tsw and the other exchangable Minotaur MTAC Holster body designed for my HKP7 is also a perfect fit for the CS9. How about that !!!!smiley face...
Both Smiths however don't like accepting a full magazine with the slide closed and it's next to impossible to get the mags in with one in the chamber. Any solutions/ideas????
I do love shooting the Smith's though. Funny how I never thought of S&W much except in terms of revolvers and boy how I love them. I've had my 686 for longer than I care to remember. lol

A firm slap to the mag pad will seat those mags in my experience. If forced to find a complaint on either the CS9 or 3913, that would be it.

As the mags "break in" and get used, it will become a little easier. I still have to "slap" mine though, even after 5 years/five thousand rounds down range.

Great pistols, enjoy yours! Regards 18DAI.

I carry my CS9 in either a Don Hume 720 paddle or a fanny pack. I also find the mags require a sharp rap to seat them. In addition, dropping a loaded mag requires a good pull as the next round is partially extended out of the mag.
That isn't a big deal.
Trigger wise, its a lot lighter than my FNP9. Overall, it's a great little gun.
