Any time I go to the range with revolvers... these two always go...

My two range revolvers:
A very well used (but my favorite) Mod 28 no dash and a 28-2 that is trying its hardest to be a 27 (a nice factory high gloss reblue done by a previous owner).

Has any one ever heard of a M28 that did not shoot very good? I have heard at least 3 LEO say that the best shooting gun they ever owned was a M28.
I know I really like mine.

Here's my Model 19-3 fitted with PC magnas (I bounce back and forth between these stocks and the original Targets). She's a great shooter and cleans up nicely.

Havn't got a camera, but use a model 14 and a 17 on the range primarily.

@ Smith357, those are some nice grips! Never saw a set that was that dark!

You can ignore the non-S&W if you wish.

I noticed my M10 4" is getting a wear spot on the end of the barrel. Not sure how I feel about that. One of the reasons I bought it was because it was in mint condition. But she's been a good one on the range. I certainly have more rounds through her than the rest of them. (probably more than the rest combined.)

clockwise l-r M10-5 4", M10-5 2", M66-2 4" & Beretta Bobcat 22lr (w/ gold accents)

My range gun is a 19-4. It's a beater (ex LEO with alot of holster wear and flame cutting on the top strap), but it's a great shooter. It's become my "mule" for testing .38/.357 handloads. Sorry, no pics.

Probably my favorite paper punching revolver, a 66 that they never made. I never understood why almost all of the 6" 19's had tatget front sights, but never on the 66's. I have to keep after the .38 lead ring, but with the stainless, I can scrub as hard as I need, with anything I want.

All my guns are range queens. Two of my favorites are these 28-2s:

My wife likes her M65-3 and M13-1:

Don't have any pictures to show but a big +1 for Crabtree who kindly gave me a box for my Model 51. A great guy and forum asset. Thanks again Ty.
