Range report after the..... FedEx trip to MA and back home.

Took my new 15-22 to the range in early January and it and blew the extractor out with Remington Golden Bullet ammo. I had numerous FTE and FTF's with the rifle prior to the extractor going MIA and was using CCI mini mags as well. Shipped the rifle to S&W and had it back "upgraded to current spec" within 8 working days (with a free magazine). Excellent customer service in my book

Today I had a chance to take it out and give it a run since the tune up. I ran 140 rounds of CCI Mini Mag 40 grain solid points through it. I beleive this CCI Mini Mag is a much higher quality of ammo than the Remington bulk ammo. In short here are the results:

0 FTE
0 FTF
0 Jams of any sort

It functioned flawlessly - never a hickup and I was running full magazine dumps. I attribute most of the enhanced performance to the S&W "upgrade" as I was using the CCI ammo before and had quite a few FTF's and jams with it.

Congrads on getting your rifle back, and it working like it should, i had issues when i first got my 15-22 back on Sept. 4th, after i sent it back to S&W on the 8th, and got it back, its been nothing but FUN, I love this gun ALOT!!!! Just alot of fun to shoot.
