Every once in a while my gun will fire 2 shots with one trigger pull. I think it's happened 3 times in about 800 rounds. Should I be concerned? DTU serial number.

In a word, YES.
Contact S&W support, tell them what's happening... they will send you a shipping label. Remove any add-ons, box 'er up and send 'er back... they'll get it back to you quickly.

In the meantime, do not load / fire the gun. Not only is there a safety concern, there are severe penalties for use of a firearm that discharges more than one round for each activation of the trigger.

Fear not though... S&W will make this right and do it quickly.
