Hello, sir. It was worth it to me. I never had the standard adjusting screw, but it appeared to me in researching the matter that the micrometer would speed up and simplify adjustment. I load two calibers, and make a note of the setting on the micrometer for each one, so I can easily reset it when changing calibers.
One minor downside, at least in my case, was that the micrometer is heavy and outweighs the lever on the opposite side. I didn't want the measure filling while I was operating the press, so I taped a lug nut to the lever to keep it at the bottom of its stroke while not being used.
