I've got several friends that work for RCMP in Saskatchewan and one in Newfoundland. I've handled and examined my Newfy buddies issue 5946 and I've handled, examined and shot several 5946's that were issued to several buddies out in Saskatchewan. All of them were marked as these are. Just don't tell their boss that I handled, examined and shot their side arms. The bosses don't like when that happens.
I heard about a year ago that RCMP was ditching the 5946 and looking at the M&P, Block and a few other "Plastic Fantastics"
As for his pricing... it's a 5946, not a RM.

I'd think I've had enough good will built up by now to either have someone edit, or allow a self edit my post before showing me the door for an honest mistake

If you're talking about the one I think youre talking about. Where the 5906 are north of a G then that guy is is taking some good drugs. His other auctions are just as entertaining. Lots of SEAL packages. SEAL this, SF that, super sniper killer! The only positive thing I can say is that at least he's selling quality gear. HK rifles, Leopold scopes. Otherwise asking his money for a Core 15 AR with a Bersca scope would be insane
