I thought most of the prices were a little on the low side. Perhaps reflecting the current economy.

Auction yesterday, on line only.

I checked with Lee, and since the auction i now closed I can list the website so anyone can see the items and the pictures for what the condition was and what price everything brought.
Firearms & Militaria Auctions - Will Sullivan Auction Co.

I agree, sounds low to me. I'm guessing an auction that was not all that well known, one without a wide audience/wide participation?

The 38/44 jumps out at me as being low. But we don't know condition. Also the 41. But again we don't know age and condition

Prices have definitely dropped or maybe I should say, items don't sell as quickly as they did last year at this time....And certainly not as quickly as during the covid stuff.

I have a highly collectible, limited manufactured item that I sell on Ebay...I have several of these, so I space out the sale of them to not glut the market.

Even 6 months ago, the item would sell for $800+ and be sold in 16 hours....I have one listed now, (the only on one Ebay), and it has been on there almost a week with no offers and no sale.

Something is up....Wallets are getting tighter for non-essential items.

Revolver lovers are aging out. Maybe good time to buy what ya always wanted, but couldn't afford. Just don't expect it to increase in value much, unless really special/highly sought after.

Not many local stores up here even carry many revolvers, if any.

Last year I got a 27-2 5 inch in an online auction for two hundred fifty delivered. It had a small bit of corrosion but after the cleanup it looks ok and shoots fine. I did give my dealer friend 30 bucks for the transfer...even though he didn't want anything. Hey it's still got to be worth 600 or 700 bucks

How much was the buyers' premium? With most online auctions you can add 15% to 25% to those numbers.

Oops, just saw Post#9.

The buyers premium is 17%, but free shipping. Sales tax is charged due to Proxibid mandate.

Condition of the 38/44 was maybe 50%. The 16-4 was 95%. The 41 was about 85-90%.
The dealer has from 15 to 25 pictures of every gun, and well done. I don't know if I can list the dealers website, this auction is finished, but he will have dates of future auctions listed.

Update: I checked with Lee, and he said O.K. to list website since auction is completed. Listed in post #1.

That's what I figured. Now the rough K22 you listed is costing over $400. Nope, not on my dime.

As for the sales tax, it was fun while it lasted, but the days of getting stuff tax free over the web are done.
