Redfield Counterstrike Red / Green Dot Sight with Laser

Recently saw one of these at my local store. Anyone know if they are any good? I know they are a devision of Leopuld. I heard the lazer hits the front sight so I imagine a flip-up front sight and some sort of a riser for the red dot sight is a must.
