Couple of weeks ago my internet supplier informed me that as of Apr 15 I would no longer have e mail service with them. My ISP is Clearwire and they are now owned by Sprint. I have a sneaky feeling that in the not to far future they will shut down Clearwire completely. Therefore I have been looking for options for dumping Dish TV and going with TWC for internet and TV but, I keep hearing lots of negative things about them. I would try ATT Uverse if I could get it in my area. Anyone have any suggestions for other options fo TV and Internet?

I've had TWC cable and internet for many years and have had no issues other than the fact that is ridiculously expensive and seems like it goes up every month.
It works great, the internet is fast and on the rare occasion that I have had a problem they've fixed me up without too much aggravation. I will stop short of saying it was hassle free though!

I had a TWC bundle-phone, internet, and TV. After having to reboot my settop box an average of 3 times/week, and logging how little I watched during a 7 day period, I decided to drop the TV portion and save myself $100/month. I still have the other 2and I would drop them if I had any other option. TWC and their owner Comcast have more customer complaints than any other companies in the US, and it's all because of high and continually increasing costs and poor customer service. I find I get along with OTA TV (over the air) very well, as I am not addicted to the flickering box anyway. I would not recommend any part of TWC to anyone for any reason. They are not worth what they charge, and they don't care whether you like it or not.

Time Warner Cable needs to provide service on Uranus. The slowest site on the entire WWW is their email login screen.
