I visit the new Field & Stream/Dicks store in Fayetteville, NC when in town on business and need a place to kill time. Never bought much as their prices are high and reloading stock is very limited. Went in today and they had Federal primers on clearance as well as some Sierra Bullets. Had SP Match marked from $40 to $32. I bought all they had. Also had LP and LR but no SR. Thought I’d pass along in case there’s a store in your area

We recently had a F&S open about 20 minutes from my house and I have been there a few times already. They are a few steps up from the Dicks (their parent Company I believe) and they do carry a much more extensive line of shooting related items. The store near us does carry reloading components but only in a limited selection and the prices are not really competitive with Mid South which is where I get my stuff from. The main advantage is that you can get a box of this or a box of that without buying in bulk to justify the Hazmat fee.
Where they do shine is in their ammo dept. They have a really great selection of .22 Rimfire ammo and when they have a sale the prices are really good. They do have good customer service and are friendly and try to be helpful.
