I would order from the menu

I know that you are eager to get started but I would suggest slowing down just a bit, it will take you time to find primers in any case.

Nothing wrong with your selection but I guess that I would order from the menu, rather then get a "kit".
I used equipment I didn't like for a long time because it came with a kit.........
*The powder measure is OK but you will live with your choice for a long while, consider spending more.
*I would definitely start with a better scale; a good scale will be an asset as long as you handload regardless of how many presses you have or what calibers you load.
*I am not convinced of the value of the breach lock system in a single stage press. It is wonderful to speed changes in a progressive, but my dies stay adjusted in a single stage with the normal lock nut. Here you can save some money.

As far as primers go, it's every man for him self, although things are improving very slowly.

Bullshooter,
You might want to reconsider the choice to buy nickel plated brass. My expreience has been that it's hard on steel dies and if not really clean can scratch carbide dies. Just my opinion though.
