got out the old Remington 722,in 257 Roberts, today and checked the zero on it, and its still very accurate and soft on the shoulder even with the metal butt plate.
its taken a lot of the deer's in my life, to include a couple nice 12 pointers that hang on the wall, its never failed to hit them like a hammer and never had to track one more than 30 yards after the shot
NOW I JUST HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHICH GRANDSON TO GIVE IT TO!
