Remington Ammo, Great Customer Service

Got a hold of some defective rifle ammo from Remington. The bullets were loose in several cartridges, and one had no powder.

I contacted Remington via their email link on their home page, and they were very quick and professional about helping me. Sent me a prepaid label to return what I had, and replaced the ammo with fresh stuff.

Mistakes do happen in manufacturing, and I am happy to buy "Made in USA" ammo. I will have no problem buying Remington products in the future.

I know we are supposed to inspect all ammo before using it, just now I will look a little closer.
