Has anyone tryed these? Are they any good?

The LGS got in 20 or so boxes a year or more ago and hasn't sold a single box. So today he put them out at cost or very close anyway to get them to go away. He has a few boxes of the Accutips and the rest were the bonded corelokts.

I picked up a box of 140 grain 7mm for use in my Win 70 7mm Mauser. They are a very nice looking bullet but even at cost they are $10 for 50. I doubt I will hunt with them they would be just for the range.

i have seen these in the store and they seem to be constructed similar to the nosler ballistic tip bullet. while i have no experience with the remington, i have used the nosler with no hesitation back when i reloaded. accuracy was was exceptional in a .308 with a 165 grain. as for hunting use i did not use them on anything larger than mule deer and the results were great with short or no trailing, and the internal destruction was massive to heart/ lung area. wish i could find them for that price.

.41fan If you want I can give you the number of the shop. I know he has shipped before. I was trying to remember what the prices were on the .30 cal. I think the .30s were 180 grain and $14.99 a box, 7mm 140 and 150 grain $10 and the 6mm were $10. This is from memory and that always gets me in trouble:)
