Removing Flash Suppressor on 15-22 Pistol???

I have a 15-22 AR Pistol and need to remove the flash suppressor to install my can. I've watched the videos on the regular 15-22 and know not to put torque on the poly upper. There's no room for vise jaw blocks to hold the barrel.

Anybody got any experience that can help?

I thought I had seen a similar thread recently. Non sure if the fact that you are doing a pistol rather than rifle matters, but suggest you look at all the threads listed at the bottom of this page. If that does not give you what you want, you can also try a search.
