Replacement Front Sight Post

Has anyone gone with a replacement front sight post on their Iron sights?

Have been considering the following options below. I am open to other suggestions.

I went the 'el-cheapo' route. I just used fluorescent lime green gloss enamel paint on mine.

Was looking at that one. How long does the luminescent strip glow?

I haven't timed it, but it does glow longer than the paint bottle that you can purchase. I tried that first was not happy with the results.
