You can replace the screw yourself if you're handy with tools and and working with tiny parts.
I'd order a new screw and a new "C" clip so if/when you loose the clip during installation, you'll have a new one handy.
Once the sight is off the frame, use a DULL X-Acto knife to gently pry the "C" clip off the screw. Keep your thumb over the end of the screw to prevent loosing the clip.
To re-install the clip, fit it over the tapered end of the screw and use a small metal tube or a pair of small needle-nose pliers to press the clip onto the screw.
