I think so...two piece? Right....usually glued together. Top is too flat also.
Jim,

Looks pretty righteous to me although it may be one that the tolerances were a bit off when the separate parts were machined & the press fit didn't hold!! Hard to tell which part without having it in-hand!! Other than that I'd say it's the Real Deal!! A little epoxy will fix the problem in no time & you'll never know the difference!!

As far as the Top or Crown of the Handle looking a bit flat in the one Photo, I believe it's the angle the photo was taken from because the End View Photo looks pretty good!

Also, I've noticed over the years that there are "Many" slight differences found in the Shaft Lengths, Handle Crowns as well as the Knurling on the Handles being closer to one end than the other & all were Original Screwdrivers!! I'm sure Bill (Doc44) will be along shortly to give us his thoughts as well!!

It looks correct to me. The reproduction sight screwdrivers I have seen (I bought one for reference) have a shank that is more highly polished than the original ones.

keep in mind , it may be flat on top from some 'idjit' pounding on it and that's why its in two pieces.............
