I'm fairly certain at least a few of you folks here have done business with them, so I'm curious. What was your experience? I've had about the worst customer service experience of my life with them this past 6 weeks. I've had better customer service from the cable company.

I won't go into the gory details because it would take too long, and frankly I'm still a bit too steamed about it. But it shouldn't take 5 weeks to get a return authorization for an item whose quality was misrepresented in an online auction.

I've bought several magazines from them and never had a problem. I've never had to return any merchandise, however.

^ This! ^

One time I ordered the wrong thing and got exactly what I ordered. I phoned and talked with John (??) I think. I returned my item, he sent me what I SHOULD of asked for and would not let me pay a restocking fee or his postage.

Condition grade issues on collectables, are always a sore spot! The NRA has very specific grates for current and antique guns. It is, or it isn't! Any 3rd party can tell!

I bought an early Colt Trooper with goodyears on it. John found me a pair of wood service grips that fit perfect and did not charge me for them.

I'd do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Years ago, I had ordered a used Sig P228 from them. Once received and inspected it per the three day inspection period I wished to send back, the rails were wore terribly, they gladly accepted it back but it took weeks to get my CC refunded. I wasn't happy with that...
