The Dawgs were a much better team tonight than most people exspected(including me.) Roll Tide. Can the SEC continue the BCS domination?

I personally can't wait to see yet another Notre Lame exposure in a Bowl Game.
I personally, wouldn't take ND and 17 against Bama.

It doesn't get any better than the Crimson Tide vs. The Irish for it all.
I believe there are three teams in the SEC that would beat ND. Possibly four.

I thought it would be a close game but Wow that was too close.
Kind of amazing that we ran the ball for 350 yards but the game was so close. I guess the mistakes we made helped even up the game. Georgia had a lot to do with those mistahes, they played a great game.
Now, bring on ND.

Roll Tide! Notre Dame will be embarrassed when that game is over. The media, (NBC for sure) is always looking for a reason to put ND on a pedestal. It's been awhile since they have been able to. I am sure those in media land are wishing the "Chosen School" was NOT playing 'Bama.
Great classic last night but even with some serious mistakes the better team came out on top. I have more respect for the Dawgs this season though.
As for Ohio State...I am glad the Buckeyes get another year under Urban Meyer to get ready to win a national title. Even at 12-0 they were not ready for Alabama yet. I used to live in Tuscaloosa as a kid so I am torn between the Bucks and 'Bama when they play each other. I watched Ken the snake Stabler quarter back sitting next to my Dad..those were the other 'Bama glory years.

The SEC championship is the real National Championship game. Just like it was last year. The winner gets to play in a meaningless exhibition game in January-just like last year

Got news for you guys, Bama's probably is the best college football team in the country but Notre Dame is going to give them all they want.

You've got that right. Notre Dame are big underdogs so they have something to prove. One other thing since their an NBC associate they'll probably be wearing anti gun sloagans on their uniforms. Do you think the producers will be out there telling everyone not to throw the ball to hard or hit to hard so no one will get hurt or break a nail. Lol!

As much as it really, really, really pains me to say this, it's probably a good thing that the Dawgs did not win the game in the last minute. Being unable to stop the run like that might have proved embarrassing in the National Championship game. Bringing the National Championship home to the SEC where it belongs is the important thing and I guess it just wasn't our turn.
Now that the mutual admiration hogwash is over with, what the heck was the ref thinking when he let that Tide defensive thug get away with that cheap shot on Aaron Murray?
In what football world does that not draw a personal foul?
Edit: I just read in the Atlanta Journal the SEC has already said they were reviewing the play and that, if Dial (the thug) did take a cheap shot at Murray, he could be suspended for the National Championship game. Since the replay shows he went to Murray's head and Murray was not in a position to make the tackle plus the SEC has already said the officials missed calling a personal foul on the play, looks like Dial may be watching the game on television with the rest of us.
