I recognize the Duke and Duchess (also known as Prince William and Princess Kate), but don't get the joke, unless it's that they're hiding the kid's name so far. 
I haven't seen any baby photos yet.
I watched an NBC special on the Royals last night and was touched at the open affection that William and Kate show one another. Actually, I respect them more than any other "public" couple. They have more class in their little fingers than most Hollywood celebs have all over.
The narrator noted that even as a very young child, Prince William sometmes said, "I hate photographers." I think he still does.
I learned a new tidbit about his dad, though. Charles and prior princes even had/have a servant to squeeze the toothpaste onto their brushes at night!
I think this guy is an additional flunky; not the valet. Many nobles probably still maintain a valet or "gentleman's gentleman" to aid in dressing, shopping, etc. I don't know if he also "draws" the bath water to the right temp. Maybe the toothpaste man does that.

I think there was more interest shown in the baby that was born on Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, especially when they discovered it had an extra finger.
