Just a heads up

I've bought & promoted my use of Zero's bullets for many years & while they've always had an unusual way of handling/processing orders their products outweighed that.

But two months ago I ordered (2) 500 count boxes of bullets that were shown as in-stock/available online.

I waited two weeks & nothing, so I called & politely asked the status. A week later still nothing so I told them I could get the bullets elsewhere if they couldn't tell me when they'd be shipping.

Two days later, with no other reply, they finally shipped & when I received the shipment one of the boxes was not included & was just shown as zero shipped on the enclosed invoice.

So when it came time for them to ship my items, that where in-stock when I ordered them, they didn't have it.

Okay, but rather than call me & ask if maybe I wanted something else that they had in-stock they just shipped what they had, after a three week wait, & with no mention of the status for the item that didn't ship.

I don't know what's going on over there, they won't say, but I've taken my business to others that can process & ship an order in a timely manner & act like they care.

Disappointed but still hopeful.

Hate to hear that Bluedot i have bought from them for years.I even thought that customer service was top notch.

I think we can file this under "Good help is hard to find." Things are not good out there in the employment world.

First, I never paid much attention to their website for inventory info, really not much help. I guess I've ordered from them long enough that I've gotten used to the way they operate. Second, I never order online, always on the phone. You can get an idea of how busy they are. My only complaint, the machine that makes 230 grn FMJ .45 has been broken for about two years. It's an old machine and they can't seem to get it fixed. Wish they would get that resolved.
