Finally got to shoot this little critter. Good trigger, but I tend to shoot it a little low, probably anticipating recoil. Sights were good left/right. Fed and fired everything I put in, 115gr FMJ American Eagle, 115gr HP Winchester, 105gr EFMJ Federal Guard Dog and 124gr HP Federal HST.

On the subject of recoil, 9mm gets interesting in a platform this light. It pays not to totally lock up your wrists, apparently. My girlfriend is a new shooter and recoil shy, but she had no issue with the recoil at all. Watching her I realized that her weaker grip and less locked up arms allowed her to ride the recoil, whereas I maintain a tight grip and lock everything up. You can feel that in your wrists after 10 rounds of 124gr HP.:( Shooting one handed my arm movement soaked up the recoil. Interesting stuff, physics.

Only issue my girl has is racking the little bugger. I need to show her the grip slide, push frame method again.

Thanks for shootin review Steve. Been thinking of one of these. Had my eye on the LCR line also. Hope to handle one soon.

anyone thinking about the LC9s or the LC9s pro go for it, I love my glocks and smiths and everything else as far as that goes, but for the money I think it is the best single stack on the market, makes you wonder why we have been paying so much money for guns with good triggers and then have to buy a connector to make it even better,we wont talk about distance or audible reset but for butter smooth and light my LC9s-pro has a stock glock trigger beat by far and even with the connector it still is better. I would compare it to my 226 (i know hammer and striker) as far as how it breaks. LC9-pro $329 at buds 226 paid over 800, big difference for a equalilly nice trigger. GET ONE
