Ruger MK II owners, how do you mount your scope or red dot?

I mounted my red dot with SoLo mount's, no tapping necessary..
Here is a pic..

I have used the B Square mounts in the past with success but they are not attractive.
I now D&T my MKii's and use the factory scope bases.

My only scoped MK-II is at another location, but I thought mine came with a scope mount.

It has been two decades since I bought it so perhaps I purchased the scope mount at the same time.

It is a So Lo...Sadly, they are no longer in business..

Both of mine were factory drilled and tapped with dot sights installed. I bought them used -- how do you wear out a boat anchor? A little Hoppe's #9, metal polish, and back to new condition.

Our Rugers and M41s our equal in shooter's accuracy but a Ransom rest would tell the difference. Both Rugers have after market triggers.

I USED THE B-SQUARE NO DRILL SCOPE MOUNT. ITS BEEN HOLDING AN AIMPOINT SECURELY FOR OVER 30 YEARS…………….

I had a Ruger Mk II bull barrel 5" with a Weaver mount. With a scope or red sight it was very accurate.

Here is my Mark II with a Leupold M-8, 2X scope. The base is stamped
Ruger. A blurry pic but it can be seen.
I only have the gun and don't what came with it.
