Very nice - I love SMLEs. I still have a couple from the good ol' days when they were cheap. I'm amazed at the prices they bring now. Congrats.
 
Thanks. This one cost me $350. Ammo prices arnt too bad. I bought 3 boxes of PPU from Aim for $14/box and i found a bunch locally (german and PPU) for about the same price

I have collected Lee-Enfields for about 30 years. I do enjoy shooting them, The 303 is adequate for most any purpose. Enjoy your new rifle!

The 303 britts have the fastest bolt operation on the planet. Congrats on your purchase. The french MAS in 7.5mm f is another awesome rifle. I really like the french MAS 49/56 commando rifle its little but has the bark of the big dogs too. We must remember that these are battle rifles too.

As one of the resident Brits I definitely vote for more/better pictures.:D Also, is it an "as built" Mk2 or a Mk1/2? In your ammo line up, you also need some 6.5 Carcano and 6.5 and 7.7 Japanese.
 
Brings back memories. I was 16 and that was my first big rifle. I bought it at Advance for I think about $18. I liked the peep sight at the back. Another one I wish I had back. Larry

No i dont have a C&R. Always wanted but never got around to it.

The reason i picked the newer No4 over the older style is because i like the sights better
