Playing with pictures tonight. Too bad this one didn't come with a sheath, it's a darn fine knife, made in Seki Japan:

I have the tin it came in somewhere in my junk.

Yes it is a "darn fine knife". Every knife I have ever seen made in Seki is first rate and it's a shame Taylor didn't stay there as his source for S&W knives. The knife BTW, is a Loveless Drop Point Hunter, one of the most immitated knife designs ever. Loveless originals sell in the $4,000 plus range.

If you like the design and want a user for yourself, go to FleaBay and search Beretta Loveless. They have one with a Zytel handle avaiable for around $40 and quince around $100. The Berettas are made in Seki and are a fantastic value with a lifetime warranty.
