Worth the price, if you are into S&W knives. The secondary after market S&W knife sales often pop up at the bigger box stores as "clearance sales and "come ons." Taylor Cutlery, S&Ws knife maker often has overruns and these wind up on the sales tables and the internet knife sellers for very little money. Ed. Ed.

Every one of those I saw at the LGS had a cracked scale on the trapper. I suspected a design flaw. I'm not sure I'd have bought an unbroken one even, because of this.
