1st; question; what does TSW stand for?
2nd; I am having trouble finding a concealment holster anyone have one they would recommend. The CQC Serpa will not fit the squared trigger guard I have.

1) Tactical Smith & Wesson
2) I'm guessing that the holster isn't for a 4006TSW? They had the rounded 3rd trigger guard.

TSW stands for Tactical Smith & Wesson. The TSW series were modified 3rd generation designs and started about 2000 - 2001. The changes (at least in my understanding) are the optional tactical rail, a full length frame rail for the slide to move on, and the slide and frame were matched to each other.
I will answer your second question with another question. Does your 4006TSW have a squared trigger guard? I have not personally seen a 4006 with the squared trigger guard that came on the 45's or 9mm's. Here is a link to the holsters Bianchi makes for the 4006 TSW. Bianchi Gun Holsters

Will magazines for the 4006TSW fit standard Model 4006 pistols? The reason I ask is that, although Midway USA lists magazines for the Model 4006, the only 11 rounders they show are cataloged for the 4006 TSW. Customer service @ Midway tried to help but wasn't certain of the compatibility of the mag with both pistols. He opined that the difference is probably only cosmetic but wasn't sure. Thanks for any input.

The mags should fit, I think the diff. is only shape of the base plate. I carry my 4003TSW in an uncle mikes & Kholster, both fit well.
