I have a 910 9mm - Same firearm, but in 9mm and is my favorite range gun. Although they are the value series of 3rd gen S&W, I have never had one problem whatsoever.

Second that. I ended up putting aftermarket grips on my 910 for a little better fit to my hand but I've never had a FTF/FTE with it, regardless of bullet type or weight.

A 410 is on my list of guns I'd like to pick up if I found one at the right price. The S&W "value line" is better built than some manufacturer's "top line".

I have a 410 that I like very much. I replaced the after market sights the previous owner had on it with SW 3 dot originals. It balances well in my hand and shoots flawlessly. Inevitably, I'll shoot it after shooting my 6906 and the first round always catches me off guard as to recoil. I definitely notice the difference between 9mm and 40. It fits the same Bianchi holster that I bought for the 6906 although the larger grip has a noticeable difference in feel when carrying. My intention is to get a 411 to compliment it. You won't be sorry.

I bought a 410 from a friend just a few days ago and it's a nice pistol. There is a noticeable weight difference between it and my 4006, and perhaps a bit more felt recoil. It hasn't been fired all that much, but looks to be well made and plenty durable.
