S&W 500 Magnum Folding Knife

I was at the Brimfield Mass antique market today. There was a mint folding knife in a slightly beat up container for $40. Since the "box" was beat I offered $30 and bought it.
This knife is perfect, I don't think it has ever been used, just kept in the box.
I probably overpaid for it, I have no idea what these go for, but I like it. I am starting to look for S&W stuff other than guns.

That is the way my luck runs, but then again priority mail which is what most ebayers use will run 5-10 bucks, also you need to know to look for it.

Oh well, I drove an hour and a half each way, I wasnt going to go home empty handed
 
I think you did fine. Although the knives themselves can sell under $20 and sometimes around $10, unique packaging ups the value to where your knife is and perhaps more. That Magnum version is also not seen that often so another plus.
