Range holster? Nothing much wrong with the "snap off" style Hunter ripped off from makes that came before them such as Brauer Brothers.

As far as carry, it depends HOW you intend to carry, but there is nothing much wrong with an IWB such as the Summer Special. Don Hume makes a reasonably priced version and delivery is fast on the 4 inch K Frame. Naturally, there are other good makers, such as Gene Desantis, but Hume is faster and more reasonably priced.

I do not normally carry on my person, but I have the same M66 revolver, and I am looking for something that might work in car. Something other than sticking it in the glove box. Maybe a holster that attaches under the seat?

SWFan27-I keep a small lockbox under my front seat. It’s designed specifically for firearms. Can’t recall the brand, but it secures to the seat frame with a metal cable. It’s served me well for times I have to go into a place where carry is forbidden.
