S&W 9mm Revolver Bore Sizes??

I've read a number of posts where it was said that S&W 9mm revolvers use standard .357" barrels.
However, I've never seen where the poster gleaned that information.
Has anyone verified that to actually be the case from S&W or has anyone actually slugged a S&W 9mm barrel?
I shot a 4" 625-3 and a 646 in IDPA and a 5" 625 in USPSA so I have familiarity with moon clips.
I've been looking at 986s and 929s so I am very interested in the actual bore size of S&W 9mm revolvers.

Over on Brian Enos forums (Uspsa competition forum) some on there have and say they range from .357 to .358. I have a 929 but have not slugged the barrel yet. It shoots well with .357 lead bullets .
