S&W Cataloge Values?

A friend told me today that he has a nice collection of older S&W catalogs in nice condition and was wondering if they are worth anything. Anybody know? Thanks

Would depend on the catalog. They've printed catalogs of one sort or another for well over 100 years, so we'd need to know what era your friend's catalogs are from in order to tell.
The annual catalogs from the 70's to present are interesting, but not really valuable.
Can you get details? What years, condition, etc.?

I'll get back with him tomorrow and post what I find out. I'm guessing they might be 1950s-ish, but don't really know. Thanks

Okay, he thought he had some older ones, but after checking, he found that, unlike his Remington, etc., his S&W catalogs only start in the late 70s.

He's a real nice ol' fella' who always pitches in at our local shooting range & he sends his thanks for the info.

If I ever run across any pre-70s material, I'll let you know.

50 meter...if this helps...i have seen the smith catalogs on ebay of that era (70's) bring $12-$15 dollars...sometimes more...sometimes less...
