You mean replacement backstraps? The CSX doesn't use grip inserts.
No. I doubt anyone would (or ever will), either. The CSX isn't really a "fad" gun; it started as a pet project of a S&W engineer and seems to be favored mostly by older "gun guys" who have been around the block a lot and consider it merely a tool that is adequately powerful/accurate/capacious/small/shootable. It's not the sort of thing that attracts a lot of aftermarket gewgaws.

Krylon ? A lil diy and the grips can be anything you want...anything at all. Not my thing but I've thought about getting extra backstraps and having a go at it.
