S&W CUSTOMER SERVICE SCORES BIG TIME IN MY BOOK..

Back on May 12 I reported on a thread that my new MP45 had imo the poorest trigger with regard to an audible and tactile click that most other common pistols in this price range include. After being shown by forum members the slide stop that was needed to correct the issue I was faced with buying and installing the 15$ part myself or.......talking to S&W cs to get their input, the rep simply told me to "send it in" so I did . he emailed me a fed ex packaging slip and off the gun went. so far so good no charge shiping. Fast forward today I just received my MP45 from big mama (no charge) and to my suprise they replaced the slide stop for the upgraded unit. indeed its now audible and tactile ,not as pernounced as say a Glock but thats fine with me , compared to before I sent it was buttery quiet. So Im very happy. S&W handled the gun just as they should have, polite when ever I called to ask about the gun also timely if you consider they get a zillion guns to work on. Good job S&W customer service.
