I purchased a S&W Governor for my Truck Gun. The brushed aluminum finish that resembles stainless steel but is scandium infused aluminum as advertised by S&W. A Mepro Big Dot front sight was installed by Cylinder & Slide along with an action job. A fixed trigger overtravel stop was also installed. I had installed a Bowen Classic Arms stainless steel lanyard ring and attached a braided 72 inch piece of heavy duty boot lace leather as the modest lanyard. A extra long Cylinder & Slide firing pin was also installed. The grooved rear trough sight was cross hatched on its face to prevent any glare. D&L Sports is the next stop for one of their rugged fixed rear sight installations.
