NJ taking S&W to court over so called consumer fraud. They are trying to go around the PLCAA.

Well, since this thread hasn't gotten zapped I'll wade in the waters. With the current Court, as it stands, I believe gun manufacturers are ok.

If this was to stand you could;
sue GM for the Camaro with 450 HP because it helped the robbers get away clean
You could sue Jim and Jack and Budweiser for aiding in the millions of drunk drivers each year.
You could sue the casinos for losing your life long investments.

Yes, you are right ……..but it won't happen in other industries that are not firearms related.

I wouldn't count on that.
Sometimes our cause is damaged by the cases they DON'T take.

Roberts and some of the other judges are very reluctant to make too many waves with the more vocal and Activist Left.
