S&W K Frame Full Moon Clips

Is it feasible to have a K frame cylinder cut for moon clips ?
Does anyone do this ?
Is the clips available?

The main company I have seen who does this is TK Custom in Thomasboro, IL, and yes they do sell the clips.

TK Custom does the machining and has the clips for your K frame.
