I don't know about that exact one... but there's only about a hundred zillion flash hiders on the market. Pick one and get happy.
Here: YHM Phantom looks about the same length with the little thingies on the end like the one you pictured.

Oh, and the one you pictured don't have the straight edges between the sharp thingy's like the M&P 10 flash hider does.

Am surprised someone on the forum doesn't have one for sale where they have replaced there's with something more aggressive ..
I have one on my M&P15 and there's no way I'd replace it unless I get a suppressor. Flash hiding capabilities are great and very effective for coyote hunting at night allowing immediate follow up shots.

Three people told you to call S&W... One even gave you a part number and price. Did you try that?
Came with my rifle.
Smith and Wesson doesn't bite, I've contacted them a few times before about my M&P40 I had, great folks.
