Did a Bing search for Botach and everything that popped up was about consumer complaints.Don't know if they are a new company or not but I won't be buying anything from them.

Probably no need to do any further research.Just saying.....
 
They were good before the panic. They charged me for a bunch of stuff I order and they never shipped, never answered the phone, never answered emails.

I have placed many orders with them and have never had a problem. Just ordered two more mag from them last night. I think they had some growing pains about two years ago before they went to an ebay store front for their on line sales. I find their customer service fast and helpful.

Very similar experience but I didn't get charged for my order, just couldn't contact them so I put them in the "never again" category.
 
Couldn't find any .22lr mags, bummer too because I would have picked up at third...
 
I've order around a dozen times from Botach, no problems. I'm either lucky or they're not as bad as people make them seem.

The biggest complaint is they sometimes don't have what you ordered in stock and don't inform you. Best thing to do is call them and have them do a physical inventory check before you place your order.

Will never order from them again. CS is horrible, bought a handguard from them and they shipped the wrong color. Called and finally got a rep after i dont know how long and they would not pay for return shipping and wanted me to pay the new shipping charge as well. F-ck them, never again.

My 8-rounder ordered from Botach late last week arrived today. 100% genuine S&W sealed in retail box.
 
Everyone who has done business with them before and during the panic knows what a PITA they were. They might be ok now ( doubt it) but I'll never do business with them ever again. These magazines were $20 before the panic.I had no issues at all getting anything from them before the panic. People who know what I'm taking about know what the deal was. And calling before you order is a joke. Phone just rings and they are rude when they do answer. And forget about 44mag. Gouging prices. They are off my never to buy list.

I didn't know Botach was one of those companies guilty of price gouging. I've never used them before next week. Cheaper Than Dirt sure.

Botach didn't price gouge. 44mag did, so did CTD. Botach would never send products that were in stock out and charge you, or fill back orders. Magpul 30 round mags were selling like hot cakes during the panic. They would get stock in and sell to customers with new orders and never fill back orders. Cheaper than dirt also falls into my never order from again. I'm not trying to hijack this thread bashing companies. Just saying watch out for botach the next time the SHTF with panic buyers. I know there are a lot of new people getting firearms and didn't know about these companies. To the know problem companies Caveat emptor.
 
I got 2 Shield 8 rd mags today from Botach. I've bought 8 G19 and 8 G36 mags from them, in multiple orders, and had no problems.
 
I just got 2 of the 8 round mags for my Shield 9mm from them. They appear to be fine (S & W factory packaging) and arrived in a little under a week.
 
Just ordered an 8rd for my shield 9. I had ordered a 7rd from their ebay store in December and had no issues.

Sadly, the 7rd .40 mag was out of stock, was going to order one for my dad.
 
I used them to order 3 mags. I got a lot of runaround while attempting to buy them but finally got them ordered. Received an email stating they were shipped and gave no tracking info. Literally 10 days after I ordered them, they sent me an email stating they were backordered with no ETA. I wasn't happy. About 5 weeks later, they sent another email saying they received a shipment and to reply to the email of I was still interested. Although the company put a bad taste in my mouth, I replied and said I'll take them. That was about 2 months ago. No word. No mags. No nothing. Now I get apprx 10 ads from them a day and can't unsubscribe. I will never ever use them ever again. Just my experience.

This is the norm for this company. All the people that say " no problem here" I'm sure we will sing a different tune when they get duped.
 
I got my mags in. Factory in package. Surprising when I brought a mag directly from Smith, it wasn't in any packaging.
 
got another mag from them yesterday. Shipping was a little slow. but for $25 and free ship, great deal.

still have no issues with botach.
