Hi all,
I'm looking for a decent, used 4" .41 mag M57. Would prefer a late '60's through the mid-80's, will take a look at 657's, too, but I prefer the blue. Anything with a Hillary Hole can walk on by. Best case would be an old PD issue revolver, even if a bit rough. Not really looking for the M58 gutter sight, even though I know that is what most PD's issued back then.
It doesn't have to be a hanger queen that's never been fired or had the cylinder turned, nor does it have to have been preserved like a museum piece. I don't mind carry wear or a few scratches. In a perfect world, I would like the manual and box to go along with it, but that isn't a deal breaker, either.
What I'm not interested in is a piece that looks like a rusted out Fiat 124 that's just been dragged out of leaking barn after 30 years. I am looking to clean it up and shoot it, not try to perform a supernatural resurrection.
